It’s a little unusual for either a girl or a young lady to want to be a lady Cookie Monster for halloween, but… erm… it’s a little more unusual that there is an adult version of the essentially the same costume. It’s not quite a “slutty” version, but… idk. Surely I’m not the only one going “huh?” over this…

When you take care enough of your body, I guess I can see wanting to show it off a little versus hiding it under a gigantic suit, so long as you get somewhat imaginative with it. But, as you say, these are *just* dresses. Creative would have been making them respectively furry or feathery. The second one gets points for the tights, I suppose.
More than anything, I’d say these are less “let’s go win a costume party” outfits and more work-appropriate costumes in an “I see what you did there – without being too distracting” kind of a way
