First some legit questionsi’ve been hearing people pose:
-Americans use the MDY Date format…so….why do we call it “the fourth of july”?
-Sooo… The 4th of July celebrates our freedom from the English monarchy….yet we always hear the 1812 Overture with cannon, which celebrates the Russian victory over France in said year…WHY????
–Didn’t Britain invade the US once again in 1812 and torched the WH and Congress before being kicked out again?
