I would definitely love to live in Jonas's society where your parents, following the wishes of the committee of elders, force you to take a small daily pill to suppress your "stirrings" (sexual thoughts, dreams and feelings). I can remember being 11 and feeling my first "stirrings". They were very strong feelings and it would have been great, convenient and easy to stop them by taking a small pill each day.
